Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within various departments and client teams.
- Design, develop, and update engaging training materials, including presentations, workbooks, job aids, e-learning modules, and interactive exercises.
- Deliver dynamic and effective in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels, covering a wide range of topics such as leadership, communication, software proficiency, compliance, and professional development.
- Facilitate workshops, group activities, and discussions to encourage participation, knowledge retention, and practical application of learned skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics; make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, department heads, and management to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship as needed to reinforce learning and support individual development plans.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in corporate training, adult learning theories, and instructional design.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, room setup, technology requirements, and material distribution.
- Maintain accurate training records and participant progress reports.
