Key Responsibilities
- Perform various landscaping duties including planting, watering, fertilizing, weeding, mulching, and pruning.
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Identify and treat common plant diseases and pests.
- Ensure proper irrigation and drainage systems are functioning effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work sites.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist with seasonal clean-up and planting projects.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of horticulture and plant identification.
- Ability to operate landscaping hand tools and power equipment safely.
