This is a crucial full-time role responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution and ongoing compliance. The successful candidate will play a vital role in protecting the company’s interests, ensuring legal adherence, and facilitating smooth business operations across various projects and client engagements. You will work closely with legal, sales, project management, and finance departments, serving as a primary point of contact for all contractual matters. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and service level agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, sales, finance, project management) to define contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements.
  • Maintain an organized and comprehensive contract database, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval.
  • Provide guidance and interpretation of contract terms to internal teams.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and best practices.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, resolving any issues or disputes as they arise.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on contract status, obligations, and key terms for management review.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract administration or contract management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract law principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
