As a Videographer with flexible hours, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing engaging video assets that effectively communicate our brand message, showcase our services, and resonate with our target audience across various digital platforms. Your work will span a wide range of projects, from promotional videos and social media clips to internal communications and event coverage, offering significant creative freedom and impact.
We are looking for someone who is not just technically proficient but also a creative thinker, able to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining our high standards of excellence. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly to evolving project needs and who is always eager to explore new techniques and technologies in videography. You’ll be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, from pre-production planning and script development to shooting on location or in-studio, and post-production editing, color grading, and sound design. Collaboration with our marketing and content teams will be key to ensure all video assets align with our overarching brand strategy and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of platforms including web, social media, and presentations.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
- Operate and maintain professional video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and related accessories.
- Conduct interviews, capture B-roll footage, and manage all aspects of on-set production.
- Perform advanced post-production tasks including video editing, motion graphics, color correction, and sound mixing.
- Ensure all video projects align with brand guidelines, messaging, and strategic objectives.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and asset organization efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve video quality and impact.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Creative Suite applications
- Strong understanding of videography principles including composition, lighting, and audio
- Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality video work
- Experience with various camera systems and production equipment
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field
- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender)
- Knowledge of photography and graphic design principles
- Experience with live streaming production
