Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure all tools are sterilized according to salon standards.
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend retail products to maintain their style and hair health.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with general salon duties as needed, contributing to a harmonious team environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Stylist.
- Proficiency in various hair cutting techniques for all hair types.
- Expertise in hair coloring (highlights, balayage, full color) and chemical treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client consultation and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid cosmetology license/certification in Italy or equivalent recognized qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Italian and English languages.
