Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and tinting to a high standard.
- Perform professional consultations, providing expert advice on treatments and products tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a pristine and hygienic treatment area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service and personalized care.
- Promote and sell retail products, advising clients on suitable home care regimes.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records accurately and efficiently.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and a positive working environment.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, striving for utmost client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a salon or spa environment.
- Excellent practical skills across a broad range of beauty treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
- Professional demeanor and immaculate presentation.
- High level of attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
