Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets, including revenue generation and cost control.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and promptly addressing feedback and concerns.
- Manage hotel budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and execute local marketing and sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.
