Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or using handheld scanning devices.
- Verify product quantity and quality before packaging for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if necessary) safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment within the warehouse.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to a supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and order sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
