Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, conducting thorough due diligence.
- Initiate contact with key decision-makers, present compelling proposals, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our platforms and services.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reporting on partnership effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure successful partnership execution and optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership avenues.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or Recruitment.
