Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and kitchen inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking as required.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties to support overall office efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and professionalism
