Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns, including paid social advertising initiatives.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pic, and blog layout).
- Analyze social media data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present reports on campaign performance and audience growth.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years).
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
