Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify learning gaps and define clear, measurable learning objectives.
- Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective digital learning solutions, including e-learning courses, workshops, job aids, and blended learning programs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex technical content into clear, concise, and instructionally sound materials.
- Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and design documents that align with learning objectives and project scope.
- Utilize various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate) to develop high-quality, SCORM-compliant e-learning modules.
- Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to enhance learning engagement and retention.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.
- Iteratively review and revise learning content based on pilot feedback, performance data, and emerging best practices in instructional design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality in a remote work setting.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with leading e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
