Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy highly interactive and effective conversational AI solutions and chatbots.
- Implement and integrate chatbot platforms with various internal and external systems (e.g., CRMs, APIs, databases).
- Utilize advanced NLP techniques, machine learning algorithms, and AI frameworks to enhance chatbot capabilities and intelligence.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of chatbot applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and conversational technologies, recommending new tools and approaches.
- Document technical specifications, design choices, and operational procedures for developed chatbot solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and overall team practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with chatbot development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, Amazon Lex, Google Cloud AI).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Solid understanding of conversational design principles and user experience for chatbots.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and managing AI services.
