Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients, candidates, and visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, forwarding them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional reception area at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments, managing room bookings and ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support recruitment consultants with administrative duties as required, such as preparing documents and presentations.
  • Monitor and manage visitor logs and security protocols.
  • Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or needs within the reception and general office environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A professional and pleasant demeanour with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Eligibility or strong desire for visa sponsorship to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a recruitment agency or similar professional services environment.
