As a Physiotherapist at Career.zycto, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services across various specialities. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with diverse musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and other complex conditions. You will be responsible for developing personalised, patient-centred treatment plans, utilising a range of therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and comprehensive patient education. A key aspect of this role is effectively communicating these plans to patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding, informed consent, and active participation in their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to diagnose conditions and determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse caseload.
- Utilise a range of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plan, and self-management strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with professional standards.

Required Skills
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrable experience with a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
