Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior producers in all phases of film production, including development, pre-production, principal photography, and post-production.
  • Coordinate logistics for shoots, including location scouting support, equipment rentals, and crew scheduling.
  • Help manage production budgets and schedules, tracking expenses and timelines to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Facilitate effective communication between directors, cast, crew, and vendors.
  • Conduct research for script development, historical accuracy, and potential locations.
  • Support casting processes, including scheduling auditions and managing talent communications.
  • Prepare and distribute production documents such as call sheets, schedules, and production reports.
  • Assist with securing necessary permits, licenses, and clearances for filming.
  • Oversee general administrative tasks to support the production team and office operations.
