Job Description
This role is crucial for maximizing our clients’ success on the Amazon platform. As an Amazon Seller Specialist, you will be the driving force behind strategic account management, product listing optimization, and performance analysis. You’ll dive deep into Amazon’s ecosystem, understanding its algorithms and features to ensure our clients’ products achieve maximum visibility and sales conversion. This isn’t just about managing listings; it’s about crafting a compelling online presence, strategically pricing products, monitoring inventory, and executing targeted advertising campaigns to outperform competitors. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring compliance with all Amazon policies and best practices.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to inform strategic product positioning.
- Create, optimize, and maintain compelling product listings with strong titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content to enhance conversion rates.
- Develop and execute Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns, monitoring performance, and adjusting bids/strategies for optimal ROI.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand accurately, and manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) shipments.
- Track sales performance, key metrics (e.g., BSR, conversion rates, sessions), and generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly and professionally to maintain high seller ratings and brand reputation.
- Identify opportunities for new product launches, category expansion, and growth into new Amazon marketplaces.
- Stay updated with Amazon's latest algorithm changes, tools, policy updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for enhanced product imagery, video content, and promotional materials.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts for multiple brands or extensive product catalogs.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon SEO, product ranking factors, and advanced listing optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns across various ad types (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for compelling ad copy and internal reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain logistics, and Amazon's fulfillment network.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
