Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify client needs and translate them into effective ERP system functionalities.
- Customize and configure ERP modules to align with specific business processes and industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance and training to clients on ERP system usage, best practices, and new features.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and functionality of ERP configurations and customizations.
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP consulting or implementation roles.
- Proven expertise with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR).
