Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify client needs and translate them into effective ERP system functionalities.
  • Customize and configure ERP modules to align with specific business processes and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to clients on ERP system usage, best practices, and new features.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and functionality of ERP configurations and customizations.
  • Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay abreast of ERP trends, updates, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP consulting or implementation roles.
  • Proven expertise with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Project management methodologies knowledge (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • ERP specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate).
