Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Orono.

- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate billing records.
