Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our customer knowledge base and FAQ resources.
- Act as an advocate for customer needs, providing feedback to product and development teams to improve user experience.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols, in a remote work setting.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote environment.
