Job Description

As a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist at Fullscript, you will be instrumental in amplifying our online presence and engaging our diverse audience of healthcare practitioners and their patients across North America. This is an unparalleled opportunity for a highly motivated, data-driven, and creatively inclined marketer to contribute significantly to a rapidly growing, mission-driven health technology company from your remote office within Canada. You will be at the forefront of designing, executing, and meticulously optimizing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels. This includes, but is not limited to, search engine marketing (SEM), paid social media advertising, targeted email marketing sequences, display advertising, and content syndication initiatives. Your primary objective will be to drive qualified lead generation, accelerate customer acquisition, and bolster brand awareness for Fullscript’s innovative platform.

Working collaboratively within our agile marketing and sales teams, you will regularly dive deep into performance analytics, identify emerging trends, and leverage insights to implement continuous improvements. Your strategic recommendations will directly influence campaign effectiveness, optimize our marketing spend, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Your expertise in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization will be critical in expanding our reach and deepening our connection with healthcare professionals dedicated to personalized patient care. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and a robust understanding of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email, and display advertising.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy and targeting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, CRM data, and various advertising platforms.
  • Optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to achieve maximum ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create compelling ad copy, engaging landing page content, and effective visual assets in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage email marketing automation flows, refine list segmentation, and oversee campaign deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending new approaches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and annual planning processes, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEM and paid social media.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and their practical application in content and technical areas.
  • Demonstrable experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Experience working within the health & wellness, SaaS, or e-commerce industries.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Practical experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies beyond basic platform features.
  • Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
