Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to various proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to facilitate language acquisition.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of individual students.

- Native or near-native English proficiency
