Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of complex laboratory tests on clinical and research samples using standard and specialized techniques.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Analyze and interpret test results, correlating findings with patient data and contributing to diagnostic processes.
- Adhere strictly to quality control procedures, ensuring accuracy, precision, and reliability of all laboratory analyses.
- Maintain meticulous and comprehensive records of all experiments, results, and procedures in clear, concise English.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new assays and methodologies to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including biohazard protocols and laboratory best practices.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field.
