Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the dining room, including restocking supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
