Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using leading automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical design documentation.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed robots to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to business rules.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide ongoing support for existing RPA processes, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify new opportunities for automation within client operations, assessing feasibility and potential ROI.
- Adhere to RPA best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Document technical specifications, solution designs, and operational guides for developed automations.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Stay current with emerging RPA technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one major RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
