Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and internal communications.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording devices, and other related production tools.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director, marketing team, and subject matter experts to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Perform video post-production tasks including editing, colour correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices for archival and retrieval.
- Stay current with industry trends, software, and equipment to continually enhance production quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all video content is consistent with Career.zycto's brand identity and meets technical specifications for various distribution channels.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Experience with professional-grade camera equipment (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Cameras).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (Adobe After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated portfolio of previous videography and editing work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with live streaming and multi-camera setups.
- Familiarity with colour grading software (DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic photography skills for supplementary content creation.
