Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders across different departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new initiatives.
- Monitor data quality and implement processes for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and data science.
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analyses.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with statistical programming languages (Python or R).
- Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
