As a Snack Prep Worker, you will be instrumental in preparing, packaging, and presenting a variety of fresh, delicious snacks and ready-to-eat items for our customers. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, ensuring our cafeteria and grab-and-go sections are always stocked with high-quality, appealing options. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh snacks and ready-to-eat items, including sandwiches, wraps, salads, fruit cups, baked goods, and other daily specials, following established recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Ensure all food preparation areas, tools, and equipment are kept clean, sanitized, and organized in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory of ingredients and finished products to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Monitor food temperatures and maintain logs to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Package and label products attractively for display in the cafeteria and grab-and-go sections.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, answering questions and assisting with product selection when required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and meet daily production goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including those related to hygiene, safety, and waste management.
