Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, unload, and unpack household goods and office equipment.
- Carefully disassemble and reassemble furniture as required.
- Protect furniture and household items with blankets, shrink wrap, and other packing materials.
- Operate moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, and ramps with safety as a priority.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the moving crew to ensure timely and damage-free completion of moves.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with truck organization and maintenance, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly and for extended periods.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in moving, general labor, or warehousing.
- Valid G or G2 class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
