Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Academic Advisor to join our growing team in the bustling Yaletown district of Vancouver. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive academic advising services to a diverse student body, primarily English speakers, ensuring they have the resources, support, and clarity needed to succeed.

As an Academic Advisor at Career.zycto, you will be the cornerstone of student success, offering one-on-one consultations, group workshops, and strategic planning sessions. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in English will be crucial in building rapport and trust with students, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their educational path. We believe in a holistic approach to advising, extending beyond mere course selection to include personal development, goal setting, and connecting students with relevant support services both within and outside our organization.

This role demands a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of academic policies and procedures. You will be instrumental in interpreting academic regulations, monitoring student progress, and intervening with appropriate guidance when students encounter challenges.
