Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Execute timely and effective corrective repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operational manuals to aid in repair and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and spare parts used.
- Collaborate with production teams and other engineers to optimize maintenance schedules and improve equipment performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of new or upgraded industrial equipment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
