You will be responsible for translating artist vision and business objectives into actionable campaign plans, driving audience engagement, and maximizing reach and listenership. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the contemporary music landscape, including streaming services, social media trends, and digital advertising ecosystems. You will work closely with artists, management, A&R, and our internal creative and data teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance of all campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with A&R, creative teams, PR, and artist management to align strategies and deliverables.

  • Oversee content creation and distribution strategies, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
  • Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Forge strong relationships with key digital partners, media outlets, and influencers.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and identify key demographics.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in music marketing, campaign management, or digital strategy within the music industry.
  • Demonstrable understanding of DSPs (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube) and their promotional tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
