Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team in Dundarave, West Vancouver. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Proactively identify client needs and propose solutions that align with their business goals.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role for at least 3 years.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in additional languages is considered an asset.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
