Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and strategic performance of your assigned department.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage department budgets, inventory levels, and merchandising standards to optimize profitability.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators through effective planning and execution.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other department managers and senior leadership to achieve overarching business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage staff scheduling.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, customer concerns, and staff issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong organizational abilities and exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operational management, including P&L oversight and inventory control.
- Ability to effectively train, coach, and develop staff members.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience with industry-specific POS and inventory management systems.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
