Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical aspects of assigned music festivals from initial concept to post-event wrap-up.
- Manage vendor relationships, including scouting, negotiation, and contract finalisation for critical services such as staging, sound, lighting, security, catering, sanitation, and accommodation.
- Develop and meticulously manage event budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring adherence to financial targets and profitability goals.
- Act as a primary liaison with artists, artist management, and booking agents to coordinate performance schedules, technical riders, and hospitality requirements.
- Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and robust health and safety plans in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Secure all necessary permits, licenses, and appropriate insurance coverage in close collaboration with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and oversee a diverse team of event staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support promotional activities, content creation, and effective audience engagement strategies.
- Oversee on-site operations during the festival, providing real-time problem-solving and ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all attendees and participants.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in event coordination, specifically with a focus on large-scale outdoor events or music festivals.
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and meticulous project management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Demonstrable proficiency in budget management, financial tracking, and cost control.
