Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical components, using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Execute repair and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Conduct routine service, oil changes, tire rotations, and comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify potential issues proactively.
- Accurately document all services performed, parts used, and recommended future repairs.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain vehicle issues, repair processes, and estimated costs in a clear and understandable manner.
