Career.zycto is actively seeking a dedicated Warehouse Loader for our Delivery Section in Ajao Estate, Lagos. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and storage areas, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Verify product quantities and types against shipping manifests and delivery orders to ensure accuracy.
- Sort and organize packages, parcels, and other items according to designated routes and delivery schedules.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages or discrepancies, reporting any issues promptly to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of materials and use of protective gear.
- Assist delivery drivers with securing loads and performing pre-trip checks as required.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and verifying goods.
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar loading/unloading role.

- Experience operating manual pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of Lagos road networks and delivery processes.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (though not a driving role, it indicates responsibility).
