Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor visitor access.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Enforce company rules, regulations, and policies to maintain order and ensure safety.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, especially during emergencies.
