Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and comparable company analysis.
- Prepare detailed information memoranda, pitch books, and other client presentations for M&A, capital raising, and advisory engagements.
- Support senior bankers in all phases of transaction execution, from origination and due diligence to negotiation and closing.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on target companies, industries, and potential investors.
- Research industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and inform client strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives and financial needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and other external advisors to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients and deal opportunities that align with our strategic focus.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
