Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and comparable company analysis.
  • Prepare detailed information memoranda, pitch books, and other client presentations for M&A, capital raising, and advisory engagements.
  • Support senior bankers in all phases of transaction execution, from origination and due diligence to negotiation and closing.
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence on target companies, industries, and potential investors.
  • Research industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and inform client strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic objectives and financial needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and other external advisors to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Assist in the training and mentorship of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients and deal opportunities that align with our strategic focus.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related financial advisory role.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills, with a proven ability to construct detailed financial models from scratch.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv).
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
