Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring all products meet quality specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of production, identifying and reporting defects.
- Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors to meet daily targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating production equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
