Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently during the night shift.
- Perform routine quality checks on products, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines, ensuring proper material flow.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including general housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctions to maintenance staff.
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistently during night shift hours (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM or similar).
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating machinery.
- Physical fitness, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Clearview Ridge facility for night shifts.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
