Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect items for quality and quantity before packing and shipping.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and palletizing.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely after proper training.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Report any discrepancies or product damage to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for order processing and inventory systems.
