Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product types.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labelling, scanning, and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, using appropriate manual handling techniques or equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment within the warehouse at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks as required, assisting with stock rotation and organisation.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and responsibly after appropriate training.
- Adhere strictly to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and meet targets.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 25kg repeatedly.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and counting stock.
- Good communication skills.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar industrial environment.
