Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as per care plans.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, assisting with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties relevant to the client's immediate living space.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behaviour, or well-being to appropriate staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and care policies.
- Assist with errands and appointments as required.
- Support clients with safe transfers and ambulation.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable experience in caregiving (minimum 1 year).
