Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team in Seattle, Washington. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full cycle of recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing new hire packets and assisting with exit procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions.
- Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and electronic, in an organized system.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (or ability to obtain it).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, ADP, or similar.
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment.
