Key Responsibilities

  • Direct drivers to available parking spaces in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Monitor the parking lot for unauthorized vehicles, safety hazards, and general cleanliness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with vehicle-related inquiries.
  • Operate parking control equipment, including ticketing machines and gates, if applicable.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the parking area to ensure adherence to parking regulations and identify any issues.
  • Report any maintenance needs, security concerns, or customer complaints to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist with traffic control during peak hours or special events as directed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions and issue receipts accurately if required.
  • Assist customers with flat tires or dead batteries by contacting appropriate services when necessary.
