Key Responsibilities
- Direct drivers to available parking spaces in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Monitor the parking lot for unauthorized vehicles, safety hazards, and general cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and assisting with vehicle-related inquiries.
- Operate parking control equipment, including ticketing machines and gates, if applicable.
- Conduct regular patrols of the parking area to ensure adherence to parking regulations and identify any issues.
- Report any maintenance needs, security concerns, or customer complaints to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with traffic control during peak hours or special events as directed.
