Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and organize listing agreements, purchase agreements, and other transactional paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating property brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and updating online listings.
  • Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with current information and communication logs.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate agent or providing general information.
  • Coordinate open houses, property showings, and client events.
  • Conduct basic market research and prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Support agents in preparing for client presentations and property closings.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
