Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs, providing relevant information and support.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including setting up dining areas, serving meals, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Perform general cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure impeccable hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Manage room preparation, including making beds, restocking amenities, and ensuring all items are in perfect order.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash and card payments accurately, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Support event setups and breakdowns, assisting with catering, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen, front desk, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
  • Valid passport and eligibility for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
