Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs, providing relevant information and support.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including setting up dining areas, serving meals, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Perform general cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure impeccable hygiene and presentation standards.
- Manage room preparation, including making beds, restocking amenities, and ensuring all items are in perfect order.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash and card payments accurately, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Support event setups and breakdowns, assisting with catering, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, front desk, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
