Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping.
  • Support inventory management through accurate data entry and physical counts, helping to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and dispatch orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and order status.
  • Monitor and update logistics software and databases with real-time information.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Learn and adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
