Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with basic health monitoring (e.g., blood pressure, glucose levels, if trained).
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and facilitate social interactions.
- Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation to community events or medical visits.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional health to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate care records and adhere to care plans.

Required Skills
