Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
  • Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with basic health monitoring (e.g., blood pressure, glucose levels, if trained).
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Offer companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and facilitate social interactions.
  • Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation to community events or medical visits.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional health to family members or healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate care records and adhere to care plans.
  • Ensure the client's privacy, dignity, and independence are respected at all times.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in caregiving for disabled adults or seniors.
